It all started in the backyard playing catch with my dad when I was four years old. It was at that point I had a passion for the game of baseball. I had many great teachers along the way and hope to pass on the knowledge that I learned over the years. Throughout my career I played with and against some of the greatest players ever. For example: Barry Bonds, Alex Rodriguez, Ichiro Suzuki, Bobby Abreu, Billy Wagner and Barry Zito to name a few. I can’t leave out one of my best managers, Dusty Baker, who taught me a lot.
I’ve been around the game for many years and I have a lot of in-depth knowledge to help you become a better ballplayer.

- 2000 played for the Hiroshima Carp (Japan)
- 1999 made Major League debut with the San Francisco Giants
- 1990 12th rough draft pick by the Houston Astros
- 1989-1990 1st Team All-American (San Jose State)
