The South Jersey Surf stayed hot and in first place with a win over The Ocean City Water Dogs 13 to 3 on Friday night in SJSSBL play.
Antonio Caraballo lead the way for The Surf going 1 for 3 with a triple and 3 RBIs. Jeff Sennett was 3 for 3 with 3 RBIs and Omar Hernandez was 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs for the winners. Kyle Transue was the winning pitcher giving up 3 runs on 2 hits and striking out 7. Chris Jablonski was 1 for 2 with an RBI for The Water Dogs. The Surf improve to 12 and 2 and play at The Cards at Birch Grove Park on Monday night. Ocean City will travel to Buena on Tuesday to take on the Blue Dawgs.
